Endurance Spinning

This class is designed to train the body to be more efficient at metabolizing fat by maintain a comfortable pace for an extended period of time.  Great for increasing pedal efficiency and hip flexor strength while working at 65-75% of maximum heart rate.

Taught at both the Beginning & Intermediate level.

NOTE: All participants are encouraged to bring a heart monitor watch to all Spinning classes.  Please bring towels and water.  Wipe down your bike after use and avoid spraying cleaner directly onto bike. ***New participants PLEASE arrive to class EARLY and introduce yourself to the instructor.
