Ride your way into excellent toned and physical shape when you attend Spinning classes. By going at your own pace, this class can exhaust the most physically fit by following the instructor though a fast paced cycling class or accommodate the beginner cyclist by going at your own pace on the bike. Whatever level of fitness you currently are, this class will absolutely take you to the next level! All new participants should see the instructor before class to be properly fit for the bike.

Taught at both the Beginning & Intermediate level.
