Spring Bootcamp is coming up at LAC-Dixie. Bootcamp is a group fitness setting with curriculum created by LAC’s own certified personal trainers. Bootcamp combines an effective mixture of High Intensity Interval Training along with weight based resistance exercise. This combination is specifically formulated to provide a consistently elevated heart rate necessary to increase total work capacity and strengthen participants. Bootcamp’s group setting fosters a supportive culture. Succeed together! Every exercise performed during bootcamp is designed to induce a muscular anabolic response while also burning calories.
Days and Times: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30am and 6:30pm. Starting March 1.
Cost: $80 ($10 per session if 2 attended per week)
